Supernational -> national

When accepting a job from a regular team after coaching a team in a supernational country def, the supernational settings aren't revoked (e.g. no finances, transfers).

Is this a bug? I tought it is a feature. It's old as Bygfoot is.

How could not being able to make transfers or earn money when you get a new job as ManU coach after having coached Germany in the WC 2006 be a feature?
